Reflections is a poetry compilation written during the author's recovery period from anxiety and depression. 
Across a variety of poems - inspired by the images that accompany them -, there is space for joy and sadness, hope as well as hopelessness. The darkest moments contrast against the colours of brighter days and show the reader what a rollercoaster mental illness can be.
